Hospital for Sick Kids implements
TORONTO – The Hospital for Sick Children recently
purchased Avega Health Systems’ Alliance Decision Support solution and
Key Indicators Executive Dashboard. Avega Health Systems is a subsidiary
of MedAssets Inc., of Atlanta.
With the Avega Alliance Suite, The Hospital for Sick Children (Sick
Kids)is able to integrate financial, clinical and administrative
information to support decision-making across the healthcare enterprise.
Combining OLAP and Ad-Hoc reporting with a web-based distribution tool,
Alliance helps Sick Kids improve clinical performance, control costs,
manage and negotiate contracts, develop budgets and analyze productivity
across the organization.
